For this project, i found it difficult to get a head start on the development since the brief was vague. The first piece i did was for the point "We are welcoming and open to different perspectives, expertise and experiences". To illustrate this i wanted to include the main courses in the art department here. Fine art, illustration and photography were the ones i chose to represent them. I think out of my pieces this was m favourite, i preferred the colour choices and i enjoyed the style i went with.

For the second point given, I had the idea in mind to have to two individuals giving a high-five to show the support for one another and their ability to work together. I believe that while the idea was good and creative, the outcome wasn't how i intended it to be. I think if i had the chance to improve it, i would choose a different selection of colours and make them more saturated.

“We focus on the situation, not the problem”

My goal for illustrating the third point, I wanted to give more personality to characters in a simpler style. 

I believe that this selection of characters were my favourite, but i still needed to change some features to be both more inclusive and to make the puzzle pieces fit together better.

By this point i somewhat had down the characters i wanted to continue using. I was also pleased with the position of the jigsaws being more together to illustrate the point better.
